to catch ourselves running incidents over and over in our mind.. emotionalising, rehearsing, replaying endlessly hurts, feelings, oppressions, guilts, betrayals, concerns, worries, disappointments, fears
and LEARN to LET GO.

It is equally important to learn
to be emotionally fit and healthy around you health and fitness that includes (re)learning to
  • Feel Emotions - that suppport you
  • Use Emotions - to drive you toward your health away from dis-ease
  • Communicate Emotions - to a place where can see and work with
  • Recognize Emotions - and stop being lost in them
  • Remember Emotions - and how look, moved, sounded when at a healthy peak
  • Learn from Emotions - the health message they speak to you
  • Manage Emotions - to keep you at your peak edge

Beliefs and Health and Fitness

At the bottom of much of our mental and emotional dis-ease and unhealth is due to erroneous belief..

Erroneous beliefs make it difficult for you to break out of your "gravitational" field holding much dis-ease and unhealth in place...

Erroneous beliefs are mistakes in thinking.. that were born long ago in our distant past as a result of a highly charged moment and what we made that mean. Ever since we have been findings ways around that moment so we don't have to 'experience' it ever again.

Spiritual Health and Fitness

This one is slightly different in that we already are healthy spirits... Our immediate task is more about removing the blocks that PREVENT us from ACCESSING our wonderful, vibrant, alive, living spirits ALREADY fully active within us.

Our first task therefor is to let go all that mental, emotional dis-ease and unhealth that is preventing us from accessing what is our true spiritual selves.

I like the way Wayne Dyer puts it in this video on the "Power of Intent".. where he says we just need to keep the 'connections' clean.


Letting go our mental, emotional, dis-ease and unhealth... along with our mistaken beliefs... and getting our core and our connection physically clean and pure again is an important aspect of that.

Letting Go

Letting go can be thought of as actively, physically, 'welcoming', forgiving...

A most effective resource that comes to mind is the sedona method.

Indeed I tend to experience the method as a feeling of re-welcoming a bad... in order to choose to... forgive.

The health benefit of forgiving has been encouraged by virtually every religion.

This is so because we are PHYSICALLY HOLDING on to a TENSION, a CONTRACTION, an ANGER, an DISAPPOINTMENT, stored in our body.. and consciously DECIDING to LET that GO.

HOWEVER
CONSIDER the push/pull tension we store whenever we SUPPRESS our DESIRE to EXPRESS.

To experience the intensity of self harm doing this... hop in your car... push down on the brake with your leg with all your might.. NOW press down even harder on the accelerator with your other foot. Hear the engine screeem. Smell the smoke. Feel the heat.

The HARM from this is stored, lodged, accumulated, stacked up in your body if unreleased.

EXERCISE is therefore a KEY... SECOND requirement for releasing harm left loading up in your body.
